This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) sets out the rules that Parisarch undertakes to respect and ensure in order to protect the privacy of personal information and data provided to them by users and prospective students (together the “Users”), or otherwise collected by them, offline or online, including through its Website.

Parisarch undertakes not to commercialize any data, information or documents transmitted by the User or collected from them, and not to communicate them to any third parties, except in cases provided by law or hereafter stipulated.
The personal data and information are for internal use by Parisarch.
PERSONAL INFORMATION
When a User contacts Parisarch by phone, by email or when he/she uses the Website or responds to online enquiry forms, the User is sharing data and information pertaining to them with Parisarch.
Parisarch only collects the information that helps them contact and communicate with the User (name, phone number, email and mail address). The information will be used to respond to Users’ enquiries and for advertising purposes.
At a later stage, the User may decide to apply to the School. He/she will be communicating supplementary information in this purpose. The information will be kept strictly confidential and used only to decide upon the admissibility of the prospective student and for registration purposes.

Parisarch undertakes not to communicate any data, information or documents transmitted by the User to third parties, with the following exceptions:
Only Parisarch staff in charge of processing and subcontractors it works with can access your personal data and information. We might share your data with our contractors and groups like marketers, advisors, data storage and payment service providers, only when and if necessary.

Parisarch will comply if and when confronted with a legal requirement to disclose information pertaining to the User.
TESTIMONIALS
Your testimonials are not covered by confidentiality.
If you review our school, or provide us with a testimonial, you permit us to post or otherwise transmit the review or testimonial on our social media or other channels. You can email the Editors and ask them not to do this, at any time.
YOUR RIGHTS

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
The Website is governed by French law. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Privacy Policy, the Website or its subject matter are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of France.
The User irrevocably agree that the courts of France have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, the Website or its subject matter.
